Students’ Union

A college is like a mini-society where students belonging to different communities & socio-economic backgrounds come together. The Student's Union plays a significant role in bringing unity among this diversity. All students of the college are members of the Student's Union which functions through a body elected by the students themselves. The Union body works to build an atmosphere of camaraderie & goodwill and to facilitate free & healthy interaction among the students. The Union in collaboration with other units like NSS, Alumni association, etc. enthusiastically arranges Annual sports meet, Rabindra Jayanti, Basonto Utsav, Rakhi Bandhan, Bhasha Divas, Saraswati Puja, Bijoya Sammilan, Freshers' Welcome, Clean your campus drive, Blood donation, Afforestation programmes etc.

Students’ Union Executive Committee:

The Principal of the college is the Ex-officio President of committee.

Class representatives to the Students’ Union are elected by the students of the

respective classes.

Office bearers are selected by the elected class representatives.

Working President , Vice-President (VP), General Secretary (GS), Assistant General Secretary (AGS), Cultural Secretary, Games Secretary, Magazine Secretary, Canteen Secretary, Boy's Common Room Secretary, Girl's Common Room Secretary along with the  President constitute the Students’ Union Executive Committee.
