Department of Computer Science: |
Keeping in tune with the demands of the 21st century, and maintaining
pace with the ever-changing job scenario, our college introduced the subject
of Computer Science to be taught as a General subject in combination with
Mathematics and Physics in the year 2004. The department had just two guest
teachers back then. Honours course in Computer Science was introduced in the
year 2008, with an enrolment of 15 students. In 2011, the first batch of
Computer Science honours graduates of this college passed out with flying
colours. Since then the department has maintained a steady pace of growth.
The subject interfaces on science and technology. It imparts industrial
exposures and technological developments among the students. |
