NATIONAL SERVICE SCHEME (NSS):

The National Service Scheme (NSS) is an Indian government-sponsored public service program aimed at developing students' personality through community service. Established in 1969, NSS promotes social and cultural awareness, leadership skills, and a sense of responsibility among students by involving them in various community development activities.

At present, the college has two units of NSS, Unit-I and Unit-II. In line with the NSS motto "NOT ME BUT YOU," our college NSS family extends its responsibilities through various special programs such as blood donation drives, thalassemia testing, value education, awareness camps on vector-borne diseases, women empowerment initiatives, and road safety campaigns. Additionally, we conduct regular activities both on campus and in adopted areas throughout the year. NSS also offers excellent internship opportunities, which are essential for degree completion under the New Education Policy (NEP) framework.
